Ross Masunaga and Jodie Masunaga proudly offer comprehensive dental care for children, teens and adults in Wahiawa and Honolulu, Hawaii. We provide general dentistry, periodontal treatment and root canals. We also offer orthodontic treatment using Invisalign®.

Dr. Ross is the best!! I've been his patient for a long time but I'm not a huge fan of the dentist office so I only go in when I have pain. Well this week was one of those weeks!! Dr. Ross took me in took care of it but unfortunately the crack in my tooth was too close to my nerve n I was still in pain once the numbing wore off luckily I was able to get a hold of Dr. Ross after hours and he was able to prescribe me medicine to hold me over to the next day. He then contacted me in the morning to see if I was able to come in so that he could pull out the nerve. AWESOME customer service and shows that he truly cares for his patients!! Highly recommend him!!

I used to be her patient when she was under a different dental group, but now she is with the Masunaga Dental Group which I'm a huge fan of!
The front staff is very efficient with Celina handling the phones and paperwork. She was able to provide me with a print up of my benefits and what would be covered by my insurance.
I don't quite remember the assistant's name but she was nice and explained how procedures would work such as the digital x-ray system. Dr. Masunaga is very professional and has to be the gentlest dentist I've seen. I had to have a cavity filled and she explained what she would be doing. I didn't even really feel the needle :) Awesome!
Overall, I don't dread going to the dentist anymore as I know I will be taken care of at Dr. Masunaga's office :)

Love this place! I found Dr. Masunaga through Yelp last year because I wanted a second opinion on a root canal. He looked at my teeth and did the first part of the root canal right then and there. I switched dentists that day.
Since my root canal last year I have been back 3 times. Once for the second part of the root canal, once for a cleaning and once for a filling. All went well.
Everyone here is great! No, the lady at the front desk isn't "chit-chatty" but she is still nice. And the nurses and Dr. Masunaga are so considerate and fun to talk to! I always enjoy my visits even though I am getting work done to my teeth. lol
There is a parking lot for this building, which is nice. I like not having to hunt for a parking spot. And the inside of the office, though small, is clean and up to date. The building that the office is located in has a really cute court yard(?) in the middle of it too so you can enjoy some fresh air if you are waiting on someone.

Dr. Ross and his staff are AMAZING. Though I live in town, the drive to their Wahiawa office is well worth it. Everyone there is very friendly and on point. Dr. Ross' surgical suite couldn't be more comfortable, and this is coming from someone who had multiple run-ins with dentists and cavities. There's a big screen T.V. on the wall that can view your x-rays as well as let you watch shows on cable T.V. I had two implants placed in one visit, and it was nearly painless as can be. The recovery process went smoothly, and Dr. Ross checked up on me within the next few days post treatment. I recommend Dr. Ross to anyone looking for a skilled dentist with a sense of humor to rid any dental fears!

I found Jodie online and was scared to go in. I went as far as making the appointment and not going, something made me turn around and it was the best decision I made. Her entire staff eased my fears, Celina is the best asset to having at the front desk. She made me forget I was at the Dentist.
